Daily Time Record
The Daily Time Record allows you to maintain a record of your employee’s signed timesheet.
Billing & Payroll Module
After NACSS is content and pleased with the job order, it will automatically send the completed job order into the Billing module, where it sits until its maturity. Maturity is the time when the open invoices are billable. The billing period is set in the Client Module. This time period could vary from a net 15days to 30 or 45 days. The billing invoice is auto-generated once your job order matures. This is ready for your mailing. If you have authorised yourself for the auto-pay option with your client, NACSS can auto-print a bank draft for you. This can be deposited directly without you waiting for your client payment to arrive.
The payroll portion of this module allows you at anytime to get a printed record of the number of hours the employee has worked customising it from past week to date or past month to date. It also mechanically calculates the amount that needs to be paid to the employee per job order. The DTR can then be sent to a 3rd party payroll processing company such as ADP.
